Jim Morgan

On-Air Personality

Jim is a logical choice to present "The Music Of Your Life." He's been in the radio business for 40 years (and a member of WMBS for more than 30 years), and he says he remembers as a kid growing up in McKeesport watching the "Big People" setting those 78RPM Records on the victrola and listening to those great old Big Band classics from the World War II Era. He recalls his own little 45 RPM record player, allowing him to hear all those wonderful songs from the 50's. The nice thing about this format, he says "It is the opportunity to present a great variety of songs and styles.... from A to Z, or from ABBA to Sy Zentner." It's the standards and so much more which adds to the appeal of the "Music Of Your Life" and Jim hopes you will make it a regular habit to join him and all of us here at WMBS 590 AM for some of the best music ever recorded.
